The Lucksun Side Tipping Dump Semi-Trailer is a robust and high-capacity vehicle designed for heavy-duty hauling and dumping operations. With an overall outline dimension of 13,500 mm in length, 2,800 mm in width, this trailer is built to handle substantial loads while maintaining structural integrity. Its rated load mass of 70,000 kg (70 tonnes) underscores its suitability for demanding industrial and construction applications, such as transporting bulk materials like sand, gravel, or ore.  

The trailer is equipped with a reliable LUCKSUN 16-tonne axle, ensuring durability and efficient weight distribution. Further enhancing its performance are the high-quality 315/80R22.5 18PR tyres, which provide excellent traction and load-bearing capacity, even on rough or uneven terrain. The base plate, constructed from 5.0 mm thick material, adds to the trailer's sturdiness, enabling it to withstand the rigors of heavy use.  

Safety and control are prioritized with the inclusion of a WABCO brake valve group, a trusted component in commercial vehicles known for its reliability and precision in braking systems. The suspension system features a leaf spring configuration, consisting of 12 tablets measuring 16 mm in thickness and 120 mm in width, ensuring a smooth and stable ride even under full load.  

The trailer also incorporates a 90 mm traction pin, which ensures secure coupling with the tractor unit, enhancing overall stability during transit.
